"We research the issues. We are pragmatic.
We negotiate a favorable and cost effective resolution."
At Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, L.L.C., we believe that legal advice, grounded upon research, pragmatism and negotiation provides the client with a favorable and cost effective resolution.
I bring twenty years of financial experience and twelve years of criminal law experience to the firm. My financial skills were honed at the Wall Street offices of J.P. Morgan, Chase Manhattan Bank and Kidder Peabody. My criminal law skills were developed as a Public Defender and as the First Assistant Prosecutor in Ocean County. My areas of practice include the following:
Criminal Defense. When a client is faced with a criminal charge, including a D.W.I. or IRS violation, where legal fees are expensive and a loss could include imprisonment, careful negotiation is the key. Our experience working with the prosecutors and government agencies provides this firm with the ability to achieve the most reasonable resolution under the circumstances.
Business Sale and Acquisition. Selling your business is difficult in today's world. Buyers may utilize the period of inquiry to steal your ideas. Buyers may accuse you of fraud and not pay the balance of the purchase price. Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, L.L.C. protects the Seller from the due diligence period through the final payment. Purchasing a business requires thorough planning and meticulous documentation. Our firm allows you to concentrate on developing your new business while we take care of the details.
Corporate. We counsel you, the business owner, on complying with regulations including permit acquisitions, business certifications, hour and wage compliance and licensing. We advise you regarding commercial lending, capital raising and financial restructuring. We represent employers concerning discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, employee benefits and disability accommodations.
