"A lawsuit is a crisis. Managing that crisis effectively requires three-dimensional thinking."
The essence of effective advocacy is obtaining the most positive result under the circumstances. Only effective communication with the client and thorough analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the case will permit an attorney to find the most positive result and determine the most efficient means of bringing it about. Every case has unique characteristics that must be integrated into a coherent litigation strategy.
Working as a radio news reporter in northwest New Jersey taught me how to gather facts and interview witnesses. Working as a law clerk in the New Jersey Appellate Division taught me how to pull up a legal issue by the roots and analyze every part of it. In that capacity, I researched and wrote on issues in every area of the law. Working as litigation counsel over the past four years taught me that there is almost always more than one way to reach a favorable result. I have argued before trial and appellate Courts throughout the State, and have negotiated numerous settlements. My focus is always the same - results.

The art of advocacy thrives at Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks LLC. The range of expertise to be found among the partners here is a broad as one might expect to find at a substantially larger firm, but with the flexibility that can only be found in a smaller, more personal practice.
