The New Jersey Law Against Discrimination prohibits discrimination in the workplace based on an employee's race, color, religion, age, gender, or disability. Carluccio, Leone has helped employees challenge discrimination in the workplace and brought lawsuits to compensate the victims of discrimination, while drawing on the perspective gained from representing employers as well. Although we are litigation attorneys, we understand that not every client needs to file a lawsuit. We strive to resolve conflicts quickly and effectively, with lawsuits always being a last resort.
