"Responding to the client's concerns with compassion, creativity, persistence and attention to detail will result in successful transactions which protect and express the wishes of the client"

Since 1975 and 1976 when I became licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York, I have taken great pride in the work I have performed for my clients. They deserve only the best legal services available, and I have devoted my career to providing such services. For this reason, I am thrilled to have become a Member of Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, L.L.C., a firm that shares my devotion to the needs of our clients.

After spending the first 10 years of my career representing commercial clients municipal governments and litigating a wide variety of commercial and governmental matters in the state and federal courts, I converted my litigation skills into valuable business negotiation and document preparation tools for my first passion, commercial, real estate and banking transactions. I have dedicated my career to structuring, negotiating, successfully guiding clients through and completing numerous business transactions at every level of complexity, from the basic $100,000 sale or purchase of a small business to the $100,000,000 multiple corporation merger and acquisition. Creativity, persistence, attention to detail and a unique focus on the issues most beneficial to the client, are the hallmarks of my practice and one of the credo's of this firm.
