Having grown up in a family with a history of land development and new home construction, I have a unique insight into real estate and commercial transactions. As part of the Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, L.L.C. team of lawyers, I continue to concentrate my practice in the areas of real estate law, commercial and civil litigation, landlord/tenant, municipal court and criminal law.

My prior service as the Attorney for the Borough of Highland Park Zoning Board of Adjustment and later as Special Counsel has given me valuable experience in land use law and litigation. My real estate practice includes simple to complex real estate transactions, mortgage and tax sale foreclosures, along with other real estate matters and civil litigation. As part of my real estate practice I regularly handle landlord/tenant matters including the preparation of lease agreements as well as the evictions of both commercial and residential eviction actions.

In addition to handling simple and complex real estate matters, I practice in municpal court matters, criminal law and collections. I am committed to the shared vision of this firm to deliver quality legal services on a cost-effective basis. At Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, LLC, the client always comes first. My mission is to identify the client’s objective and to achieve the desired result at the least possible cost.
