We are pleased to announce the continued growth of our firm with the promotion of Annemarie Schreiber and Jonathan Z. Petro to partners. The promotion of these two attorneys is credited to their demonstrated professional excellence, their dedicated service to clients and the firm and their active involvement in the community.
Since joining CLDDS in 2004, Annemarie Schreiber has concentrated in elder law including Medicaid Applications, Guardianships and Estate Planning. Her practice also includes adoption and real estate law. With the recent appointment of the firm as attorney to the Toms River Regional Schools Board of Education, Annemarie will be part of the team lead by forming partner, Stephan R. Leone. Annemarie will speak at the Tax Planning for Trusts and Estates Seminar hosted by the National Business Institute on February 25th. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, AARP Legal Services, Toms River Kiwanis and as of this year is now a member of the board for the Brick Chamber of Commerce.
Jonathan Z. Petro has been with the firm since 2005. Jonathan is the firm’s leading family law and divorce attorney and dedicates himself to his clients and the community where he resides. On January 31st, Jonathan was a panel member for the Super Storm Sandy: Its Impact on Our Family Law Cases Seminar hosted by the Ocean County Bar Association. In 2012, he received an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, became a qualified matrimonial mediator and received the United Way of Ocean County Young Altruistic Professional Award. Additionally, Jonathan has been recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2009 and received the Ocean County Young Lawyer of the Year in 2009 from the Ocean County Bar Association.
