“We research the issues. We are pragmatic. We negotiate a favorable and cost-effective resolution.”

At Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, L.L.C., I direct that our legal advice be grounded upon research, pragmatism and a cost-effective resolution.

I bring twenty years of financial experience and fifteen years of criminal law experience to the firm. My financial skills were honed at the Wall Street offices of J.P. Morgan, Chase Manhattan Bank and Kidder Peabody. My criminal law skills were developed as a Public Defender and as the First Assistant Prosecutor in Ocean County. My areas of practice include the following:

Criminal Law: When a client is faced with a criminal charge, from DWI to Medicare Fraud to Sexual Assault, a loss is devastating. I work with the prosecutor on a pragmatic solution which addresses the needs of the client and the government.

Business Sale and Acquisition: Selling your business or separating from your partners is difficult. Buyers utilize the due diligence period to steal your business. Buyers accuse you of fraud to lower the the purchase price. I use my extensive financial experience to protect the businessman.

Securities Fraud: Investing in your financial future should not include misrepresentation, unauthorized trading, “churning” the account for commissions, or risky investments not suitable to your investor profile. I have successfully represented investors at FINRA hearings and in direct negotiations with major brokerage companies. I have recovered monies lost as a result of fraud in securities transactions or lost because the annuity was not suitable for the elderly investor.
