CLDDS is acutely aware of the escalating costs of trials. Expert fees are climbing, court dockets are crowded, and “Best Practices” imposes constraints causing Plaintiff litigants, insurance companies and corporate counsel to give even greater weight to the bottom line as they try to move cases through the judicial system. Often a nominal “win” can become a financial loss. CLDDS Rule 1:40 Qualified Mediator and Arbitrator, Ronald E. Prusek, will effectively expedite the process to achieve a successful result for all parties.
Mr. Prusek has handled UM/UIM arbitrations, conducted binding arbitrations. He is also a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators. Mr. Prusek has represented Plaintiffs as well as Defendants, both individually, and through referrals from over 20 insurance companies. As an active litigator, his exposure is current and appreciates the present mindset of prospective jurors and sitting judges who ultimately decide and influence the cases brought to trial today. This experience enhances his credibility as a mediator or arbitrator.
