Press Release – Toms River Board of Education Appoints CLDDS to Represent

During an executive session Monday night, the Toms River Board of Education interviewed the Toms River law firm Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks L.L.C. At the public session that same night, CLDDS was chosen over seven other law firms in a 6-2 vote by the members of the board to represent the Toms River Board of Education.

Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, L.L.C. is a full service law firm, AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell, one of the largest law firms in the Ocean County area and will utilize their resources to represent the fourth largest school district in New Jersey during their year appointment. Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks has over 25 years combined experience in public school board representation.

Stephan R. Leone Esq., founding member of CLDDS, is currently a member and the secretary of the Board of Trustees for Ocean County College. Leone previously served as co-counsel, at a former firm, for the Howell Board of Education and was the Brick Township Business Administrator from 1983 – 1985. He has also served as co-counsel to the Brick Township MUA and special counsel to the New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation. Annemarie Schreiber Esq. has school board experience, at a previous firm, representing the Toms River Board of Education as well as the Manchester Board of Education. Schreiber assisted as the Municipal Attorney for the Townships of Eagleswood, Stafford, Lacey, Plumstead and the Borough of Seaside Heights. Additionally, Schreiber has represented the Borough of South Toms River Sewer Authority, Hamilton Township Municipal Utilities Authority, Sodexo Services and Ocean County Board of Social Services.

John Paul Doyle Esq. has served on the Board of Trustees for Georgian Court College since 2001. Doyle previously represented the Point Pleasant Board of Education for a ten year period and was the Municipal Attorney for the Township of Brick for seven years. Beyond that, he has represented the boroughs of South Toms River and Pine Beach, the Brick Township Planning Board, the Lacey Township Planning Board, the Brick Township MUA and has served as the Berkeley Township Prosecutor.

Neil Brodsky, Esq. was the General Counsel for the Pennsauken Board of Education, at a previous firm, for more than seven years and was the attorney for several other municipalities, planning boards and zoning boards during such period of time. Brodsky is also an AV Peer Review Rated Attorney.

Ronald E. Prusek Esq. along with the newest member of the firm, Valter H. Must Esq., will provide their experience in special litigation matters. Prusek has more than forty years of litigation experience, served as Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice from 1973-1981 and has received recognition as an AV Peer Review Rated Attorney for more than ten years.
