Every day more and more families are challenged by issues that will affect them through their lives. Decisions made during these critical periods can be some of the most difficult ones a family will ever make because of the potential long-term consequences. Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, has dedicated its efforts to provide timely, cost-effective resolutions for our clients’ most serious family disputes, including Divorce, Mediation, Alimony, Palimony, Property Settlement, Child Custody, Child Support, Domestic Violence, Civil Unions/Same-Sex Relationships, High Asset Divorce, Equitable Distribution, Adoption, Estate Planning, Wills, and DCPP/DYFS Matters.
I work diligently to educate each client regarding their unique situation and administer personal, hands-on attention no matter what level of complexity the case might entail. While our firm is one of the largest law firms in Toms River, I know that size is no substitute for the personal client interaction necessary to identify client goals and develop sound legal strategies. To that end, I strive to deliver consistent and clear communication, frequent case updates, and a comprehensive explanation of your rights, your options, and your responsibilities throughout the life of your case.
I joined the Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks team because they are a full service law firm that can provide legal services and support for the challenges that a family, as a whole encounters, whether it be for Divorce, Child Custody and Support; Personal Injury and Auto Accidents; Criminal Defense and Drug Charges; Municipal Court matters including DUI/DWI, Traffic Ticket Defense and Misdemeanor Charges; or other practice areas such as Civil Litigation, Real Estate Transactions and Wills and Estates. By joining a firm with experienced attorneys in a wide variety of practices areas, I am able to utilize their knowledge and legal experience to better serve my client’s needs.
Prior to joining Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, I had the honor of serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter A. Ryan in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean Vicinage. During my clerkship I assisted Judge Ryan in preparing over 1200 Matrimonial tentative decisions, 375 Non-Dissolution memorandums, 50 Juvenile Delinquency memorandums, and 35 Domestic Violence memorandums. Preceding my clerkship with Judge Ryan, I gained extensive Foreclosure experience working for New Jersey’s Superior Court Trust Fund and New Jersey’s Office of Foreclosure.
