CLDDS’s Response to COVID-19
“Genuine. Positive. Advocacy.”
I was born and raised in Woodbridge, New Jersey and graduated magna cum laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2001 with a B.A. in Law & Society and minored in International Business. I then attended the University of Connecticut School of Law where I received my J.D. in 2004.
I am licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York and the District of Columbia as well as being admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, District of Columbia and the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
By joining the Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, L.L.C. team of lawyers, I bring thirteen (13) years of trial experience handling litigation matters involving personal injury, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, products liability, construction defects, employment litigation and consumer fraud claims in both State and Federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, I spent the first part of my legal career at a general practice litigation firm for ten (10) years and then at a 40+–attorney insurance defense law firm in the central New Jersey area.
I am also very involved in the local Greek community, having both been a long-time parishioner of St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Perth Amboy and also having served on the Church’s Parish Council as Secretary. Currently, I am also a member of The White Mountains, Inc., a Cretan cultural fraternity located in Highland Park, serving my second term on the Executive Board, currently as Treasurer and previously as the Corresponding Secretary. I also serve as the Lieutenant Governor of the Pancretan Association of America (PAA), District II (New York/New Jersey), which is a nationwide association of chapters developed to promote the social, ethnic and cultural relations of Greek peoples whose ancestors hail from the island of Crete, Greece.
Extending my contributions to the legal community beyond the walls of my office, I am actively involved in New Jersey State Bar Association, including haven spoken at the Young Lawyers Symposium panel on the topic of “The Associate: How to Get Noticed When You’re a Small Fish in a Big Pond.” I have also written an article for Dictum, the Young Lawyers Division Newsletter, regarding the “Jersey City Prisoner Re-entry Program: Where Ex-Offenders and Young Attorneys Work Together on the Path to Redemption.”
As a seasoned litigator, I am always guided by my belief in a practical approach to litigation which combines a strong work ethic with common sense and attention to the finest detail. This guiding principle, along with my natural talent for selecting and relating my client’s position to a jury, has enabled me to obtain very favorable verdicts, both on the plaintiff- and defense-side of the bar, in several counties throughout the State of New Jersey.
