General Civil Litigation
Jennifer S. Weiss

“Each day presents you a good opportunity, to make the world a better place.” ― Gift Gugu Mona

Jennifer’s passion for the law first began in high school, during a civil rights class taught by a former ACLU lawyer and in her participation in the Baltimore County Page Program in Maryland. There, she experienced a variety of government sectors, including attending criminal court and juvenile proceedings, while also spending time with her county councilman and participating in police ride-alongs.

Jennifer graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1996, where her legal career took off. Just one year after her summer clerkship, she worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Cook County, Illinois where she specialized mostly in appellate work, traffic court matters, and the juvenile justice child protection unit.

In 2003, Jennifer relocated to New Jersey and in 2009, she had an opportunity to join CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Monmouth County, a volunteer program that advocates on behalf of children and their safety. Jennifer has been an active volunteer for CASA for over twelve (12) years, providing a voice for abused and neglected children. She has helped many children reunite with their families or find them forever homes.

Returning to the private practice of law, Jennifer became a member of the Carlucci, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks family, as she wanted to continue her vocation of assisting members of the community with their legal needs.

While not in the office, Jennifer’s hobbies include hiking, photography, cooking and yoga.
