Before joining the firm, I worked for a Monmouth County based firm specializing in real estate litigation, real estate transactions, and general civil litigation. A large portion of my work was targeted towards summary dispossession proceedings including landlord-tenant eviction and ejectment proceedings. During my time there I was able to gain experience in the various aspects of New Jersey’s Anti-Eviction Act (N.J.S.A. 2A:18-61.1et. seq.) as it relates to non-payment of rent evictions, as well as holdover (also known as “for cause” or “notice” evictions) notices/evictions.
Prior to my admittance to the NJ bar, I gained practical experience interning for the Hon. Frances Hodgson in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean County, General Equity Part. I also worked with Quadrangle Consulting; a NYC based company offering legal and technical support to large scale asset management entities.
I obtained my B.S. from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University majoring in Finance with a minor in legal studies, and a certification in entrepreneurship. I obtained my J.D. from New York Law School in Tribeca where I was a Dean Scholar, and a staff editor on the NYLS Law Review. In 2023 I had an article published entitled: “The Money Game: Student-Athletes’ Battle for Employee Status.”
Real estate matters can be complex, time-consuming, and frustrating for all parties involved. I pride myself on my ability to employ empathy, interpersonal communication skills, and a pragmatic understanding of my clients’ financial/business considerations in order to best serve their needs.
When I am not in the office, you can usually find me on the golf course. You may also find me and my wife strolling around downtown Toms River accompanied by our corgi, Margo.
