“The right team of lawyers can help bring assurance and clarity in an otherwise uncertain world.”

Work; school; marriage; kids; family—our lives are filled with so many responsibilities and obligations that it’s difficult to find time to think about the future until it is right upon us. It’s hard to think about the “what ifs,” so to speak.  What if I lose my job?  What if I decide to get a divorce?  What if I decide to go back to school?  What if I can’t afford the kids’ college tuition?  What if I want to start my own business?  What if I don’t have enough saved for retirement?  What if something tragic were to happen to me or my loved ones?

Those are incredibly difficult questions, and they are even more difficult to answer and plan for. But what happens when the answers are further clouded by the implications of the law?  Suddenly, everything you thought you understood becomes much more uncertain.

The law complicates an already complicated world and impacts every decision we make no matter how personal that decision may be. That’s one of the many reasons I chose to join Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks.  We have such a diverse practice that we can help anyone with a variety of issues.  Whether it is planning a business, dissolving a marriage, planning and preparing an estate for your grandchildren, or simply dealing with a traffic ticket, we can guide you through the process and help you reach an acceptable resolution.  We can help bring assurance and clarity to an otherwise uncertain world.  That’s just what we do.

While I have only been practicing for a short period of time, my experience in both the family courts and criminal justice system prepared me for the challenges and decisions that anyone unfamiliar with the legal system may face. Prior to joining Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, I had the honor of serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Melanie Appleby in the Ocean County Superior Court.  Judge Appleby helped me understand how difficult the family dynamic can become, and what it means to be an advocate inside and outside the courtroom.  I also was fortunate enough to serve at the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, where I gained a deep understanding of the complexities of the criminal justice system.  That knowledge and experience is something I will always use throughout the remainder of my career.

I am honored to be a part of Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks. The attorneys have a wealth of knowledge and experience that can help anyone with anything at any time.  Additionally, the firm has built itself a reputation for being not only one of best firms in its respective practice areas, but in the area as well.  I am certainly thankful to be able to continue my career serving the county where I grew up while also being surrounded by some of the best professionals in the community.

Me and my wife used Mr. Draper to purchase our home in the beginning of this year 2016. He was a great help providing all the information I would need in the process. Mr. Draper made many suggestions along the way to help smooth the process. We had a terrible mortgage company we used that gave us the run around, Mr. Draper was great in filing all the paperwork for us, including quit claim paperwork. It was fast and efficient. We couldn't be happier and will continue to use his services in the future.

In my 35 year professional career, I have had many occasions and situations that required legal representation. The representation I received From Ed Dimon, Esq, Peter Draper, Esq, was absolutely by far the top of the pyramid, the best a client could have ever wished for. My cases required a law firm that was willing to ‘think out of the box’, and go against what I was told would be ‘impossible’. Well, Mr. Dimon, Mr. Draper, and his entire team, proved that NOTHING is impossible. They literally attacked my case, covered every inch, reported to me on every occasion, and every time I called I received an immediate response. The entire staff I dealt with, Ed Dimon, Esq, Peter Draper, Esq. their paralegal assistant MaryAnn, the receptionists, and Linda Andrews in the account/financial department, were ACE’S. I felt like family … Words can’t totally describe my GRATITUDE, but Thank You so much for making my dream come true!!!!!!!

Mr. Draper represented me in a civil matter. He was excellent -- he answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable on the case. If I ever need an attorney in the future, he is going to be my first call.

Mr. Draper is a wonderful attorney. He assisted our family when we made the difficult decision of placing a loved on in an assisted living facility. He guided us through the terms of the contract and explained all aspects of placing a senior in these types of facilities. He answered all questions regardless of how small and was always available to answer any additional questions.

I've been a Client for approximately 3 year's and have been extremely satisfied beyond words in the handling of 3 cases. All these cases for me were "life Changing" . 2 were expungement cases, one for a family member and one for myself. Both of these cases had positive outcomes. However, the most important victory was a case that was dear to me. The reinstatement of my Driving Priviledge's!!!! I had consulted 3 lawyers prior and had no success, and then one day I was referred to this law firm where I met Ed Dimon and Peter Draper. My life changed that day! They were enthusiastic, supportive. organized and I was kept in the loop, by emails, phone calls, regularly. I never once had to wait for a return call which is huge. My driving priviledge was successfully restored, nothing short of a miracle. Peter is meticulous in his presentations, knows the law, professional at all times and made me feel like family. "THE BEST"

I fully recommend Mr. Draper without reservation. He is bright, articulate, insightful, pleasant, and has very good "people skills". Mr. Draper represented me (along with his associate) in a criminal case and the outcome was far better than my expectations. The criminal court approved a conditional discharge for the case. I received a fine and one year probation, and did not have to plead guilty to any charges. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Draper. He was efficient, listened to all of my concerns, returned phone calls promptly, and his knowledge helped guide me through a process with which I had had no previous experience. In sum, Mr. Draper was a consummate professional. I couldn't have been happier with his services, and with the outcome of my case. I recommend him highly and give him a five star rating.
