I recently asked Louis Felicetta, Esquire in our office if he thought the real estate market was recovering. He sent me the following:
“I get different points of view from different real estate professionals about the market in Toms River/Ocean County. Some saw a decrease in new contracts during the last few months, while others have seen the market hold steady. No one seems to know where the market is going in the coming months…which are traditionally the best months for new contracts. One thing most of my contacts seem to agree on is that the commercial real estate market is in the dumps. Also, Ralph Aponte, has consistently said that he expected to see an uptick in title requests, but the last several months were his worst in a long while. ”
Ralph Aponte is the president of Counsellors Title in Toms River.
