“The attorney-client relationship should only commence if the attorney is absolutely cer-tain he will add value to the client’s cause.”

I am passionate about the practice of law.  At Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, LLC, my primary objective is to use my passion to add value to all matters in which I am involved.  Experience, efficiency, and results are the true hallmarks of value and I strive to bring these qualities to my clients’ causes.  I practice throughout the state of New Jersey with a focus on commercial and construction litigation on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants; planning and zoning board applications and appeals; commercial and residential sales, purchases, and leases; tax appeals, and bankruptcy matters. As a Partner at CLDDS, I am fortunate to be surrounded by experienced and respected attorneys and staff who share a similar philosophy with respect to the practice of law.

My interests are also drawn toward public service. As a longtime resident of Toms River, I enjoy being involved in my community. The attorneys at CLDDS are actively involved in community service, public affairs, and politics. I am currently, or have been previously, a member of various business, municipal, political, and charitable organizations.  My strong commitment in this arena allows me to have a positive impact on the community, while also providing key insights and perspectives that enhance the representation of my clients.
