“A thorough understanding of the client’s needs will ensure that their desired results are achieved.”
The difference between a job and a career is passion. My passion for elder law is why I became a Certified Elder Law Attorney. Working at CLDDS has afforded me countless opportunities to do what I love: help others.
Throughout my legal career, I have been fortunate in being exposed to many different areas of the law including, representation of public sector clients and assisting those clients in litigation matters, various land use matters, contract matters, employer/employee matters, adoptions and guardianship cases. However, it was my work on guardianship matters that truly sparked my interest in elder law. Nothing satisfied me more or felt more fulfilling than helping someone who needed it. To know you made a difference in someone’s life, no matter how small, is such a rewarding feeling. I believe my dedication to elder care is evident in dealing with my clients. I am devoted to helping them with whatever their needs may be, from drafting a simple will or power of attorney to assisting them with more complex matters such as estate probate or litigation.
Listening is key to understanding a client’s needs, and a thorough understanding of the client’s needs ensures their desired results are achieved. Dealing with the many issues the elderly face is often intimidating and my focus is eliminating that stress by making the process as easy and painless as possible for my clients. Each case or client is special, and I am committed to providing the attentiveness and legal experience required.
