“Passionately and fiercely advocating for our clients who are navigating stressful and emotional situations to ensure an equitable, timely, and cost-effective resolution.”
I am an Associate in the Family Law, Elder Law, Trust and Estate departments at Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks. In my family and matrimonial practice, I assist my clients in navigating the emotional and financial challenges often associated with family disputes including Divorce, Domestic Violence, Alimony, Equitable Distribution of Assets, Child Custody, Child Support, and Post-judgment matters.
In Elder Law, my main focus continues to be Guardianships and the planning and administration of Estates and Trusts. I advise clients of the legal requirements and compliance of guardianships, conservatorships, the development and administration of estate plans, including the preparation of Wills, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney, and various types of Trusts. My goal is to relate to my clients on a personal level, so that I can better understand their personal situation. My detail-oriented approach gives my clients clear knowledge of each choice they are making, while setting their mind at ease knowing that their needs have been met.
Prior to joining CLDDS, I worked for a local firm focusing on many different practice areas including Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, Municipal Law, Land Use, and Zoning. I also served as a law clerk to the Honorable James J. McGann, J.S.C. in the Monmouth County Superior Court, Criminal Division.
I received my Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Delaware. Soon thereafter, I received my Juris Doctor Degree from Widener University Law School where I was a student ambassador, a member in Wills for Heroes, as well as a member for the Delaware Volunteer Legal Services. While attending law school, I also interned for an Estate Planning and Elder Law firm.
Beyond the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my two (2) rescue dogs, Myla and Max, reading, traveling, and of course, living at the Jersey Shore.
