“Passionately and fiercely advocating for our clients who are navigating stressful and emotional situations to ensure an equitable, timely, and cost-effective resolution.”

I am an Associate in the Family Law, Elder Law, and Trust and Estate departments at Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks, L.L.C. In my family and matrimonial practice, I help my clients navigate the emotional and financial challenges often associated with family disputes including divorce, domestic violence, alimony, equitable distribution of assets, child custody, child support, and post judgment matters.

In the Elder Law and Trust and Estate department, I focus my practice on guardianships and the planning and administration of estates and trusts. I advise clients on the legal requirements and compliance of guardianships or conservatorships and in the development and administration of estate plans, including the preparation of wills, living wills, powers of attorney, and various types of trusts. My goal is to know my clients on a personal level so that I can understand their personal situation. My detail-oriented approach gives my clients a clear understanding of each choice they are making while putting their mind at ease that their wishes have been addressed.

Prior to joining the firm, I worked at a local firm focusing on many different practice areas including civil litigation, corporate law, municipal law, land use, and zoning. I was also a law clerk to the Honorable James J. McGann, J.S.C. in the Monmouth County Superior Court, Criminal Division.

I received my Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Delaware and received my law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School. While in law school, I interned at an Estate Planning and Elder Law Firm, was a student ambassador, was involved in Wills for Heroes, and Delaware Volunteer Legal Services.

Outside of law, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my two rescue dogs, Myla and Max, reading, travelling, and of course, living at the Jersey Shore.
