Mr. Nolan is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and New York. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey and was a faculty advisor for the Rutgers Law School National Mock Trial Team. He has received the Order of the Barrister for trial excellence, has been a member of the Rutgers Law School Alumni Executive Council, and served as a Faculty Member for the New Jersey Board of Education, Adult Education Program.
During his legal career, Mike has served as both a Public Defender, Conflicts Prosecutor, been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey as Guardian Ad Litem, Condemnation Commissioner, and as an Early Settlement Panelist.
Mr. Nolan was a Member of the International Alliance of Holistic Attorneys, the Ocean County Bar Association, as well as a former member of the District Ethics Committee. He also served on the Advisory Board for Sovereign Bank (Santander), is a Member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, has been a repeated Guest Speaker on WOBM Radio, Inside the Law, and has been active in the Monmouth Ocean Development Council and Shore Professional Business Association.
His practice areas include corporate/business transactions, as well as civil, corporate, and commercial litigation. He has experience working with startup companies, commercial financing and intellectual property, cyber security issues, software contracting, as well as media and entertainment law.
With over 18 years of business experience with some of the world’s top corporations and over 20 years of legal experience, Michael K. Nolan has joined Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks in hopes of being able to offer more to his clients and to the community at large.
In his free time, Mr. Nolan enjoys boating, fishing and golfing with family and friends.
