Seeking an Experienced Litigation Attorney

We are continually hiring due to the success and growth of our Firm. Any dedicated Attorney who shares our commitment to obtaining the very best possible results for our clients is encouraged to apply.

We are well known for following a collaborative “team” approach which allows us to maximize all available resources and provide our clients with the complete package in an expeditious, cost-efficient, and value-added manner. We are seeking an Attorney with 4+ years of experience to become a part of our team! The following qualifications and responsibilities include:

Admission to NJ Bar (Required)

  • Previous experience with Real Estate transactions — Commercial & Residential, Wills, Probate, Guardianship, Estate Planning, and Trusts
  • The ability to build rapport with clients, seek new business or provide a book of business
  • Representing clients in court or before government agencies
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advising clients on finance management, business, and legal transactions, social security issues, Medicare and Medicaid laws
  • Representing clients in court or before government agencies
  • Must have attended at least five (5) Civil Trials
  • Negotiating settlements for legal disputes
  • Compliant with all legal standards and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Performing administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Office 365 & Windows 10

The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal handholding. This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work *in the office* for 37 hours per week.
